Guys I live in Chicago and yesterday there was supposed to be a trump rally at UIC but then like a thousand UIC students, as well as high school students and some adults, came and protested it. They chanted for Bernie and had a bunch of signs against trump and a bunch of fights broke out between the supporters and the protesters so then once trump arrived in Chicago he announced that the rally was being postponed because of the security risks.

Obviously I don't think those fights should've broken out because that's no way to solve problems but I also just wanted to acknowledge how protesting can actually make a difference and it's really cool because some of my sister's friends went

My dad supports Trump and once in a while if we bring up politics at the dinner table I have to listen to his rambling.

Some of it makes sense and other parts are just giant heaps of 'what'

and even worse my ten year old brother now says he supports Trump, because he of all people knows what's going on

;u;

sometimes i don't like being liberal

....guys Bernie is not a socialist, he's a democratic socialist. (and yes there's actually a difference) i love that you guys love Bernie too, but please don't spread misinformation. people already think he's a socialist but he's really not.

Long time no see for me, and I doubt anyone remembers me.

Now I'm not an American myself, but seriously, watching American presidential debates right now is surreal. It's ridiculous.

Not to start any confrontation, but I'm curious as to why some people are republican? Any out there who can explain it to me?
