Why do you hate them?

I keep thinking that they're stupid, cliche, or lame… I also tend to not figure out the ending at all.

Well give us an example of why you think it's cliche, stupid or lame.

I'm usually a third through before I know the ending besides vague snippets, so I doubt that's anything to worry about.

I have, like, scenes. Not plots.

Wait...? So you posted the prologue? O_O ME WANT A LINK NOW!

And I'm sure your ideas aren't flat XD What I do to get ideas is everytime I get one, I quickly write it down in my notebook. OR, I'll think of a title, start jammering/automatic writing/whatever you want to call it, until I come up with a decent idea. For the Burning Glass trilogy, it actually took up *looks in notebook* about three days to come up with just a VAGUE idea. Your first ideas may look NOTHING like how it's going to turn out in the end, but you shouldn't give up

Sorry if that's confuzzling X_x I ramble senslessly...
