My parents think going into writing is a good idea. It's not about the money I make, they want me to enjoy what I do. That and they both think I'm a literary genius which is ??? um awkward.

Anyway. The point is, I don't want to be an English teacher. I want to be a writer. Now, it's hard, but honestly, if someone says that to me again I'll punch them in the face. FIGHT ME. I'm going to write. End of story. End of debate.

It's about confidence. If I doubt that I can do this, if I flounder around like a drunken puppy, I'll never get ANYWHERE. So oh well, what the hell, why don't I - revolutionary idea - believe in myself? Why should I do something that will make me unhappy if I can knuckle down and write? I'm too stubborn to find another career. And that's okay.

*applauds* go get em girl

No but at this point I will legit fight somebody who criticises my career choice they don't get a say in it, it's not their life.

Am I the only one that wants to write for a living? XD Writing is my passion and it always has been.

I used to want to. But I guess that just kind of changed as I got older. But then again I have a lot of hobbies and I'm now trying to pursue another hobby. I can't seem to decide. But hey, I'm sure you'll do amazing. You're an awesome writer and I wish you the best of luck ^.^

I need to decide but there are so many majors to choose from. ;-; Seriously I'm so freaked out about choosing uughghhgh. We live near an engineering school so (ifigotaccepted/dies) it would be easier to just go there, but then again I don't really want to limit my options. also i dont really like math..

A couple days ago I went to this animal hospital to sortof lurk around and shadow the doctors, which was pretty cool (actually i really like this kindof thing, getting to see what people might do at their job and having a slightly better idea of the career). I watched them do dental surgery on a cat (her name was Larry :-DDD they took out like 6 or 7 teeth D: ) There was a Harris's Hawk as well, but his heart stopped and he died while I was there. :(
