Default Songwriting

Ehhh so I'm trying to write an album and having little luck. I didn't see any threads on this stuff so I figured I'd make one. This is a thread where you can share you song ideas/thoughts on lyrics, song structure, etc. etc. Have fun!

All that I really know how to do is write City, write City, and write City... Wat. Sorry dude, not helping. xD Well anyways, I think you can just randomly think of a natural element or mythical one, and make something out of that.
Course, love songs are actually quite easy to write, only it's... A bit... I don't know how to put it. I don't personally think we should be about love and all that until we're 15 or so, but then again, being writers, we tend to be pre-mature, so yeah. ^_^ what is this a guy just asked me out seriously a minute ago and asdfghjkl I'm not realy for this plus he's really immature he shouldn't go along well with me since I supposedly say very in depth things asdfghjkl
Yeah. Love songs are easy to write, or you can start off by practicing parodies to songs.
In third grade, our teacher had us write a parody of like, 30 or so poems over winter break. It's helped my poetry writing a lot. So why don't you try that?

Tip: Personally, I think it's a good idea to change the chorus slightly every time it comes around. It can get a little boring if it's exactly the same every time. Change the rhyme. Make it go up instead of down. Half the drums. It's a sign of amateur songwriting when the chorus is EXACTLY the same. Listen to the songs you think are the best ones you know you'll probably find that the chorus comes in a few different permutations.

hi everybody here is the amazing piano riff to my new song (it pauses in the middle for dramatic impact so don't close the tab after the first part)
