It would depend... If the Hydra started with only three heads, the Dragon may win by trying to slash the stomach. But what if the Dragon had mutliple heads?

If it gets off the ground, yes, the dragon will win. But the Hydra is lightning-quick...it can probably snag the draong before, and Hydra will iwn.

I love dragons... But hydras are very cool...

What if it were an eastern with awesome powers?

Or what if the Hydra had seen a battle before and had numerous heads?

Situations differ.
