You should do a POV contest. You pick a scene from a book (like, a published book. Something like Harry Potter) and have the contestants write the scene with the POV switched. For example, I'm reading A Separate Peace in English class, and we had a POV piece assignment. I chose a scene where the two main characters go to the beach (it was too adorable, I couldn't resist), except instead of Gene (narrator) narrating it, I had Finny narrate it. It turned out a great success and I really got into the head of the character. Now, for it to be a contest, it would have to be a bunch of different people doing the same scene, because not everyone has read the same book.
