KIT KAT BROWNIES

You need two boxes of brownie mix, a really deep pan, and one of those bulk packs of kit kats.

Mix up the first batter, put it as the first layer. Separate the kit kat bars, as many needed as to span the brownie mix. Then make more mix, and put it on top of the previous layers of brownie and kit kat.

OH MY GOD THANK YOU I used that recipe for my friend's birthday party and oh my god it was fabulous

@Anyone/everyone: Does anybody know a foolproof recipe for making cupcake/cake icing? XD I've tried at least three times already with different recipes, and each time it tastes disgusting. D:
I just use the one on the back of my powdered sugar box.

I baked chocolate brownies twice this week. The first time, I slightly overbaked them-- though, they turned into a hard kinda biscuit thing, which is why I've named them 'Brownie Biscuits' XD The second time, they turned out fab! I think I'll make some frosting later...

I'm procrastinating from taking a semester test so here's a cake recipe

kuih bakar:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup eggs
(we just use 5 eggs)
2T melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups coconut milk
(bUT we usually use 1 tin/can, which is 400mL, so.)
5-6 pandang leaves (blend them up and filter the juices through a strainer. You can also substitute pandang flavor for this if you cant find any, although they're both probably at some asian markets? the pandang flavor looks kindof like food coloring)
*food coloring/pandang flavor (just to add some more green color. optional. :P)
A 13 by 9 pan (you can probably use other shapes/sizes but you'd have to adjust the cooking time. we used a 13 by 9 ceramic pan. glass is okay too but i'm not sure about a darker pan, it might depend on how high/low you place it in the oven).
Margarine (or anything else to spray/coat the pan with)
Sesame seeds

aLSO for all of these steps we use a blender, but be careful not to overblend the batter because the cake will turn out pretty cray (it'll still taste good tho)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Blend sugar and eggs.
3. Add and mix in the butter & the juices from the pandang leaves.
4. Next:
-Add flour, then blend
-Add milk, then blend
-Add flour, then blend
-Add milk, then blend.
5. (This is optional though) The cake should be somewhat green, so if it's looking kindof pale, add some food coloring/pandang flavor. Mix.
6. Pour into the pan and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
7. Bake for ~45 minutes—it might take 40-45, it depends, so just keep checking it. the edges should be brown, but if you like the top to be browner too you can keep it in a little longer.
8. Behold. A delicious cake. :D

this recipe is my absolute go-to brownie recipe, it's super good and i've been making it for like... a year?? more than that?? and it literally always turns out good (it only makes an 8x8 pan though and i love these enough that i'd want more tbh) (also the frosting isn't really necessary, i've only made it once and tbh i prefer it w/o frosting) 8))
