I couldn't get the girl so I just used the spark image. Also, for some of the wording, I did it a little differently than you had requested, but I still think the cover looks pretty good.
So yeah. Sorry! :/

Author's Name: Olivia M. Hensley
Design: A long, rectangular flower bed up against the bottom of a sky blue house. In the middle of the flower bed there's a single navy blue flower with a drop of blood hanging on the tip of the front petal.
Other: The title and my name should be in a fancy font and, if possible, I'd like the words to start out red, then go orange, yellow, and so on down to purple. And even though this is probably how most books do it, I'll still say that I want my name on the bottom and the title on the top.
