Who knows. I mean, they're talking about who has the most potential for evil, and I guess that would be her because her powers are the strongest and they could be used for bad but she seems like to good of a person to be actually evil.

I feel like by now Regina has sort of regainrd custody of Henry because Emma just wants to follow Hook around and Henry is living in Regina's house again |
