Yeah I was feeling so happy and safe with the quadratics when suddenly BLAM, psych, we’re moving up in the math world! Suffer.
I get it now sort of so it’s ok.
In other news I just got off a two hour long phone call with my friend in which I was helping tutor her last minute for a test, and now my voice is hoarse. Aaaand I’ve got singing rehearsals tomorrow.... yay....

this isn’t exactly homework but more a rant about school and homework. what grade did y’all do geometry? my school does it in tenth but I’m in seventh and taking it now and helppppp? in the beginning I was like this is pretty easy!? and then sine and cosine and tangent, and I was like, that’s not so bad! then suddenly:
c2 = a2 + b2 − 2ab cos(C)
wut

I think there was a geometry section in every math class i took in public school. It was my favourite section because you couldn't mess up the entire equation with a misplaced negative '^-^
I mean you could, but it would be really obvious when you got -70 degrees as an answer. Like, congratulations! Your imaginary triangle breaks the rules of physics!

Oh, our school does that until 8th grade. But then 9th grade is ALL Algebra 1, 10th is all geometry, 11th is mostly Algebra 2 but has other stuff thrown in and stuff.
That is true about the negatives! Geometry was actually pretty easy when it came in sections during grades 3-9, because there wasn’t much algebra except for the formulas which were simple. But, when the formulas got harder I kept messing up even though I did just fine in Algebra 1 lol. Technically Algebra 1 should’ve been harder since I could get a negative as an answer and it would seem fine, but honestly I find some weird things hard lol. But I’m guessing in a few years I’ll look back at that I’m doing and be like :/, did I really think that was hard?
