I HASH HAD ANOTHER MAP IDEA!!
Okay, the arena is a circle. and there's a giant river in the very center, stretching vertically all the way across.
Half is split up 12 times, each representing a district's industry; (e.g. District 12 would have a giant crater full of coal.)
The other half would have a giant forest.
Whatcha think?
