and

"The LORD is my light."

Haha, yay for Latin

I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION!!!!
Why did Lydia turn out the way she did? Is there some backstory? What if she had turned out differently? O_o
I can't believe I just asked that.

I don't think anything really HAPPENED to Lydia in her past, but she basically went insane. She killed her father because he didn't agree with her idea to make the Guard. (I posted a bonus scene about that... don't remember who read it or not... :P)

Anyone ever seen Great Mouse Detective? (If not, do it NOW! Sherlock Holmes-ness... :P) Anyway... The villain, Professor Rattigan, acts sophisticated and proper throughout the movie, even if he is evil. But at the end, he flips out and goes insane and tries to kill Basil himself instead of using an elaborate trap to do so. Villains who go insane trying to fulfill their plans and kill the hero are really awesome. ;D

Um... if Lydia had turned out differently... I guess we wouldn't have a Guard, or an SOG, then. :P Since she would have been the Host of her pack, she would have protected them from Man rather than abandoning them to start the Guard.

I can't wait either, Tarka! And you're right; those scenes would be amazing. :3
Now, just to find a publisher who would accept SOG...

I keep having weird dreams of one of my books, Steel Wire, as a movie
