Default All my decent ideas.

There are NOT hundreds, as previously thought. There are (as of this current moment) 55.

So pick a number and prepare to hear an epic tale of epyknessness (epic and epyk have slightly different definitions. Epic means vast in scope, enormous, amazing, epyk just means awesome).

I bet this thread fails, but whatever. I can post occasional updates to my ideas and stuffses.

We pick a number and you tell us about one of your ideas?

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

I pick... 29. For no apparent reason.

My ideas are generally pretty good... and then they become cliche. Because I have no imagination. xD

I'm glad it's not Thursday. I never quite got the hang of Thursdays.

Blame it on the world's creation. It was widely regarded as a bad idea, anyways. They never really connected point A and point B, never mind C and D and E with all the axes on the doors.

(I hope this is all right 'cause I last read it four years ago XD)

Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. Obviously. One of my favourite books. I've realise as I grow up I am slowly turning into Zaphod Beeblebrox...but that's beside the point.

42...
Asker (pronounced Arsker. His parents are pretentious! They didn't want to call him Oscar, that's too mainstream) Tobias Monroe is a drug addicted homeless man, lying in a stupor day in day out. But when he is not on drugs, he dreams of 'what-ifs', scenarios so elaborate they are like film scripts, and if one part comes true, the rest often does too. His only too friends, Carmen, a girl running from her abusive stepfather, and David, a sober Irishman who doesn't care for potatoes have to keep an eye on him - because he keeps getting them thrown out of homeless shelters they can't stay anywhere. And then the unspecified 'worst scenario' starts to come true, and Arsker has to get off drugs so he will know what the hell he is supposed to do next.

*applauds*
Oh. 29...
Dr Xante Shore is a brilliant, if eccentric and socially useless, brain surgeon, who works in a secret government hospital, for enemy spies, war criminals and such like. The arrival of a new nurse throws his life off, changing him. And then, SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT!

A teenage girl goes missing, and the trail seems to lead back to Arnold Kaufmann, her fencing instructor that her mother never knew existed (preferring instead to school her daughter in acrobatics, ballet, et cetera). She has been visited 'Kaufi' for months, going to see movies with him (to analyse fight sequences) and wants to choreograph fight sequences. As a suspect, he has to explain away all the charges (an imaginative number), but as a person he must find out if she is alive, and if possible, save her.
