look, i just lost everything i was about to say, but this needs to be said

meera: you are perfectly healthy. im guessing you've got a lot of muscle from swimming and shit, so of course you're going to weigh more. muscle weighs more than fat. you'll grow into your figure and feel fucking sexy. let yourself grow.

alice: you're not overweight. you're perfectly healthy as well. just remember to give your body time to grow into its adult form, ok? you're going through puberty. you're going to be chubby at least once in your life. you're going to feel fat. you're not. you're fine.

now every single one of you: yes, it's okay to lose pounds if you want to, but only if it's in a healthy way and if you maintain a healthy weight. it is not okay to hate yourself over your weight. that is not healthy.

don't try to hurt yourself over your weight.

don't starve yourself. you lose energy, you lose digestive enzymes, you fuck up your metabolism, and you lose confidence to do much of anything.

don't purge. you just end up crying in the corner of your bathroom because either you're too weak to actually throw up or your throat burns too much or you didn't throw up enough.

it just doesn't work.

now i want every single fucking one of you to know that you are not too fat and to try as hard as you can to love yourselves because hating yourself over your weight is fucking miserable. none of you are fat. literally none of you are overweight. fucking realize that you are all sexy as shit and stop putting yourselves down because your friends are stick thin and you're not.

I agree with MoonWalkedWolf. You guys are all perfectly normal weights, and wonderful the way you are.

I'm really confused because I found a website that's like, you're underweight.

And then another one's like, you're perfect weight

and then a third one is just like, you're overweight.

like wth.

You can't really trust websites :/ for example, you can diagnose yourself with depression or something from an online website with the results it gives you. The only real way is to go to the doctor's and find out.
But don't worry about it you're perfect the way you are, however cheesy it sounds. It's true ^.^

people self diagnose because they don' have access to a doctor, don't have medical insurance or can't find a doctor that bulk bills, are really really afraid of doctors... etc etc... people use websites and self diagnose because they can't go to a doctor

Yeah, I understand that. I didn't mean it as accusatory or anything, I mean, i've done it myself anyways. It was just an example. A bad one, but it did sort of apply to the situation. Sorry if it came off as insulting in any way.

so we're doing nutrition in health and we did our BMR's (basal metabolic rate - basically, what you need daily to be healthy) and mine is 3900kJ which is around 930 cals. today, i've eaten 291 kj so far, haven't had dinner yet. how can i eat more ? i can't bring myself to eat during lunch or morning tea because i hate people watching me eat (is that weird)
