*This one is actually the plot of a fan fic my friend's writing*

Bellatrix ran from home as a one-year-old and was raised by Harry's parents until she was seven. She was sadistic, malicious, and wouldn't talk. Harry's parents avoided her. When she was seven, she was in a broom closet eating animal crackers as she watched Harry's parents die and Voldemort vanquished. She was rediscovered by her original family but held a deep hatred for the boy who was loved while she was shunned.

Default Slytherin

James Potter was really in Slytherin. He just blackmailed Sirius Black into giving him the password to the Gryfindor common room.

Dumbledore played Minecraft. That's why he's in his study all day.

Pertaining to this post (I know you're joking, just wanted to say)...
It is impossible that the snake in the first book was Nagini.

1. The snake in the first book was a male. Nagini is female.

2. Harry only spoke Parseltongue because of Voldemort making him and his snake one of the horcruxes; if he had just freed the snake that would find and join Voldemort, he would not have been able to speak to it, thus probably not freeing it.

3. A sign by the snake's cage in the first book said it was 'bred in captivity'.

4. The snake was a boa constrictor, and Nagini was a viper.

5. Voldemort began creating horcruxes before Harry was born, and Harry was his last horcrux, therefore, the snake Harry released could not have been Nagini. Nagini was already, ah, how do I put this? Horcruxed.

Alright, then. I hope I cleared that up.

The real reason Harry was raging and destroying Dumbledore's office in book five? Because Dumbledore had said, "First-world problems!" to Harry's ranting about his parents and Sirius.

Voldemort isn't bald, he's just wearing a bald wig.

Ollivander actually could flit between worlds and he stole all his wands from Immortal Island and then marketed them as his own.

Floo powder actually didn't work: it was just the green lighting and how wizards put a charm on themselves to prevent being burned. They just waded through the fireplaces.
