Just so you know, I don't actually support these views. But there is no reason not to. There is no way to scientifically prove that cows are any less important than we are.

If a foetus has feelings, so do livestock. Starfish do not even have brains, yet there are able to survive, feed themselves, avoid danger etc. Yet no one I have ever met or heard of has ever felt that much remorse for killing a starfish, as they can be written off as a plant. Just because it moves, and avoids this poison, doesn't mean that it has feelings, or even a sentient, functioning brain.

I know this basically makes me sound heartless and cruel. But I'm not going to go against what I think because of it.
I never said that they were less worthy than us. It just pisses me off when people go out and hunt for fun. Hunting for survival, I would understand. That's the way things go: in the wild, the lion has to eat, so there goes the zebra. But going out and killing deer just to stuff and mount them on your wall? Ridiculous.

Poaching angers me, too.

Sorry, I didn't realize that I worded that wrong. I meant to say that it is a valid difference, and that you agreed.

Saying a fetus isn't a human because a fetus is a fetus is the same thing as saying a bracelet isn't jewelry because a bracelet is a bracelet. Just pointing out, you can't use arguments like that.
