I'm so sorry. Try to calm down and just tell your parents that this isn't in your head, it's real. You're not dying, if anything you're lucky that they're catching it in such an early stage. *hugs* Try to stay calm, everything will be ok.

I am so, so sorry that you have some symptoms of MDS, and I hope that you are okay and things get better. I will pray for you (if you don't mind) and I sincerely wish that everything will work out. If you ever need to talk, my email contact tab is open.

Ugh now I realize I have some of the things needed for possible breast cancer in the future now I'm scared

It's a website for helping young people deal with chronic illness, disability, etc. They have a facebook page/support group (which I'm part of and it's hella) so yeah if you want to talk to someone either for support or for proof that you can thrive no matter what you have, that's the place to go.
