If you really want to stop all of this nonsense, talk to the counselor already. They help a LOT--I used to be a sniveling little pathetic thing that always burst into tears, but after I talked to my counselor, well obviously I'm not that person anymore. And maybe yours'll give you a sticker. Mine did. (Seriously can't let that go, lol.) Anyways, talking to a counselor is better than you think. Look, your counselor isn't going to look down on you because you're being picked on--they sympathize and give advice. Isn't that what you want, since you started this thread in the first place? Counselors aren't allowed to be prejudiced and will help you. Just choke out the words and you'll be fine. You can't possibly be as shy as I am.

No kidding. Lily, it's their job, and most of them, that I know, love what they do.

I'd like to be a counselor. You could get inspired to write a story/poem so easily, or you could spend your free time writing...I dunno. I've always liked giving advice anyway.

I know but I did that once with the old counsler. She helped me, but only for a short time. When she retired, and the new one came, Marie crushed me.

Then talk to the new counselor, for heaven's sake. If the old one helped you so much then this one should.
