reviving the kidpub survival thingy

so a while ago werty posted this thingy and i thought it would be fun to revive it. anyone? *silence* alright ill have fun on my own


this is straight from his kp survival nes

So basically; Perry flew all the active members out to LA for a meeting.
Let's just say he won the lottery, and wants to do a mass update and put KidPub advertisements everywhere, or something similar.

It's at least important enough to fly us all out to LA.

When we get there, there is a two week purge.

A group of insane men called The Malums (Malum is evil in Latin)overthrew the government.

They publicly announced they would control the government for two weeks, and see what happens.

We are all now in our hotel rooms, wondering what is going on.

Perry isn't anywhere. We have no clue where he is.

But we all have to work together to try to stay save and save Perry (if we come to the conclusion that something happened to him.)

The trick is, we all have one power.
No flight/mind control/teleporting/shapeshifting/controlling matter, but you can do anything else. (Nothing too huge.)

The lists below will change through the story.
We have:
One meeting room that Perry rented in the hotel.
A flashlight each.
6 personal items. (Phones and computers go here!)
1 week's worth of food and utensils (so we have to get more).
2 week's worth of clothes.
Each other.

We need:
Perry.
More food/supplies.

I sit in the hotel room, fingers flying over the keyboard. I’m writing a story about wolves (again) but am also reading some stories by wolfwriter. I shut the laptop and reach for one of my favorite books, dragon rider. Suddenly the window shatters, and the lights go out. I jump to my feet, transforming into a dragonwolf. I run to the window, paws crunching on the shattered glass, but the window is unscathed. Strange. I look down but the shattered glass is not there. I look in the pads of my paws. There are cuts there, as if I had walked on broken glass, but there are no shards to be seen. I make my way back to the chair, my night vision eyes picking out the edge of the bed and the light coming in from the window beyond. I sit down on the bed, ready to go to sleep when I hear a pounding in the door.
“Maria, open up! Let me in!”
I jump across the room and yank open the door. Agent four slams it open the rest of the way and I would have been flattened against the wall if It wasn't for my quick wolf reflexes.
Agent four quickly relays all that had happened in her room. The events eerily match what had happened in my room too.
Suddenly I hear the quick report of a gunshot, and the window, this time the one over my bed, shattered, spewing shards all over the bed and carpet.
Agent four’s face turned white.

"Oh, heck no. There's no way this is happening."
Observing the blood, Maria looked horrified, beginning to pick up a shard. Almost immediately, Dust ran into the room, making Maria drop the shard with a slight prink on her paw.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry," Dust apologized, seeing the wound.
"It's okay," Maria replied. "...You saw it too, huh?"
Trying to catch her breath, Dust said, "I do remember typing in my hotel room, maybe to forget about all this. Then I saw the window shatter, and then I had to run to your room...is THAT the thing?"
Agent 4 nodded. "Yes. Yes it is."
Dust ran ever further into the room, kneeling by Maria's side. "Crap."
Shards lay on the bed, the sheets lightly torn. Maria looked up begrudgingly, as if the shards were mocking her. "What are we going to do now?"

The shards are gone again when a third window breaks. I leap to my feet.
“I have to go after that thing,” I say, leaping across the room towards the broken window.
“Maria, NO!”
CRASH! The window happens to be not broken and I crash through it. A few shards get lodged in my face. I circled the courtyard with its pool but saw nothing at all. Slowly I flew back to the hotel room and landed on the bed, changing back into human form as I sat down.
“GOODNESS, Maria, you’re cut all over.”
“no, I'm fine,” I counter, gingerly removing shards from my face and shoulders.
Dust hands me a damp cloth and I mop the blood off my face.
“Now this is getting creepy,” she says.
“Creepy?! This is downright scary!” yells Agent four

Dust shrugged, a bit shocked. "Yeah."
Maria placed her wounded hand to her forehead. "Dammit. The hotel's on lockdown and there's no way out. We've been asked here, we've got dwindling resources, and we're getting hungry.
Dust placed her hands on her hips. "We need to find Perry before he, like, bites the bullet...and in more ways than one."
Elizabeth looked at Maria. "Are you willing to...go into the basement?"
Maria nodded. "Everyone, stay alert. Dust, be ready. Elizabeth, have your dualists prepared. And I'll lead."
The girls stood up. "Let's rock."

I pushed open the door, feeling my wings slowly growing on my back and the fur creeping up my fast disappearing pants. It was the first time I had really thought about it. All my senses were alert, ears pricked, nose flaring. The hotel was silent.
Dead silent.
Like there was nobody else.
Then I heard a slight creak and muffled footsteps in the dark hallway. Then they abruptly stopped. A distant shattering of a window sent chills along my spine.
“Is there anything out there?� asked agent four.
“There is and there isn't,� I replied

From one of the doors, out popped a man dressed in complete black. His eyes blazed with fury.
Maria clung desperately onto the man, and he screamed in rage. Dust began crippling his legs with her fists. Agent 4 threw multiple bombs at him of all kinds. Splat Bombs, Burst Bombs, you name it.
Shortly before the man died, he scraped Maria's open face. The shock caused her to form back to human, and she screamed.
"Maria!" Dust yelled. "Are you okay?"
Rubbing at her face, Maria grit her teeth. "I'm fine."
Elizabeth looked at the group. "We need to go down to the basement."

I morphed back into a dragonwolf, but felt uneasy “I didn't know I could change back into a human so easily� I dropped to all fours, sniffing at the ground. “Strange…� I said
“What?�
“He didn’t leave any scent,� I said.
“Creepy,� affirmed Dust.
I stood up and raced silently down the carpeted hall towards the door, then jumped back in surprise.
The door was warping, changing shape as if it was breathing. I turned and ran back down the hall, It began to fill with mist.
The mist was whispering, chanting something unintelligible.
