Issue with uploading pfps on KidPub

It's easier on Writer's Block, but not on the actual website. I'm trying to upload an image that is within the dimension and KB range (the maximum size is 700 x 800 and the minimum size is 210 x 210) but it does not accept it on my bio. is there any way i can do something?

Nope, it's broken on this site. Doesn't work here. On the Writer's Block it works though.
