swallow my insides

one by one

feast on my heart

and chew on my lung

 

take a bite of my arm

masticate my flesh

leave my body a bleeding mess

 

late at night

when i get into bed

i'm not alright

and feel like i should be happy instead

 

you rip my skin apart

i let you eat

when it's breaking my heart

literally

don't you know there's not enough meat

on my body?

 

but it's for you

so it's okay

as long as you're happy

i will let you eat
