There once was a clown who owned a store.
It was filled with gags, props, and novelties galore.
Everyone in town thought the clown was a riot.
And whatever he would sell folks would get up and buy it.
There was just one flaw to this clown who was outrageously funny.
He was horrible and lousy when he would handle his money.
The clown wasn't stupid, he just wasn't good at math.
As hard as he tried making change, he would feel his customers wrath.
Some folks tried teaching him how it was done.
But they'd lose their patience, got mad, and would run.
"I've got to do something," the clown said to himself.
So he packed up his goods that were on his shelf.
Then he took some time off and studied real hard.
The clown even used some math flashcards.
After finally learning math the clown was a complete success.
And he learned that diligent hands can bring out your best.
